The cost of games is different based on the type of design and puzzles. To know the reservation price of each room, refer to the list of rooms.
How many people can play in the room at the same time?
4 to 6 people, if less than this number, the cost of the same four people will be calculated. It is not possible to play for teams of more than 6 people in one room.
What happens if we can't make it to the game on time?
According to the cancellation rules of the complex mentioned in the rules confirmation section, the room cancellation deadline is 24 hours before the start of the game. If you do not attend on time, your payment will not be returned.
Can we cancel our reservation?
Yes, if you register your cancellation 24 hours before through the purchase page and the tracking code. Or call the collection to announce your cancellation.
When is the right time to be in the set before the game?
15 minutes before the start of the game
